The NSW Workers Compensation Self Insurers Association warmly invites you to our upcoming in person only education day.

Messaging Matters: A Guide to Effective Communication and Care

This special event is designed to support self-insurers by enhancing communication capabilities across claims and return-to-work teams. The workshop aligns with the SIRA person-centred approach and the It Pays to Care policy. 

The event will feature: 

• A presentation introducing the IECCC Framework—a proven model for improving communication outcomes 

• An interactive workshop where participants apply the framework to real-world scenarios and develop conversation roadmaps 

The team at SIRA to present on how the IECCC framework can be integrated to Injury Management Plans, Return to Work Plans and contact with your workers. The session will focus on practical tips, solutions, and learnings that participants can implement immediately to improve the management of injured workers.

• Registrations Open: 8:30 AM
• Start Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Cost: $100, plus GST per person
• Location:  Pullman Hyde Park, 36 College Street, Sydney

Additional Information:

• Catering: Morning tea, networking lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
• Travel: The hotel is near Hyde Park and the CBD, opposite Hyde Park. The venue is a short 5-minute from Museum Train Station, parking stations are available close by.
• Spaces are limited to a maximum of 160
• This event is an in-person, member only event.
• Bookings close 2nd March unless sold out
